Our Factory
Our factory is based in Bangkok and produced fresh everyday Italian cheeses and dairy products. The factory management is Italian and Thai bringing the best of both worlds.
In 2016, an Italian entrepreneur from Milan started as a small lab focusing on the quality of Italian dairy product made in Bangkok. Very quickly, the word spread that freshly made mozzarella was produced with imported Italian raw materials in the Thai capital. Soon restaurants and catering businesses recognized our standards of quality and the response from the market was overwhelming.
Following the great response from our customers, we increased the machinery to satisfy all the requests that were growing tremendously. From a small lab we became a manufacturing production plant of 25 staffs composed of many nationalities, each one bringing the best of their expertise in this incredible project.
Today, in 2013, we fully renovated the factory and increased doubled the production area. We added more machines such as packaging machinery in order to follow the increasing demand of the market. We also expanded the range of Italian dairy products conducted under our Italian cheesemaker, following the need of the industry. We pride ourself in being a great merge in between the Thai and Italian manufacturing contributors in order to produce exceptional cheeses.
