Fresh ball of super soft buffalo mozzarella.
Our bufala is porcelaine white with a creamy texture, and  produced with the fresh milk of water buffalos. The familiar liquid that surrounds Mozzarella di Bufala provides a protective layer around the cheese, known for its thin crust around its soft core. Buffalo milk cheese is higher in calcium and protein and lower in cholesterol than cow milk cheese. Our Buffalo mozzarella is best enjoyed in a salad of rocket and red onion and prosciutto, in a caprese salad or fresh on top of pizza.
