Fiordilatte

Plump, soft, artisanal cow milk mozzarella. Our fiordilatte is extremely fresh and has a high moisture content and a mild, delicate flavour. It comes in different ball sizes and shapes, whether in balls, foils, braids or shredded. Our Fiordilatte is best enjoyed with a caprese salad, enjoyed with olive oil and crusty bread, or lightly melted on a pizza.
